Frequently Asked Questions

What is an ideal number to run through your programs?

Each program varies, and some experiences lend themselves better to larger or smaller groups, but overall we’ve successfully run programs for groups as small as 6 and as large as 250.

Where can I run your programs?

We have run our programs all over the world and have yet to get stumped on a location. We have run Rowing programs in Dubai, Gold Cup Challenges in Tokyo, and Sailing Programs in New York City. You just let us know where and we’ll get to work making it happen.

Do you have references?

We have plenty of satisfied customers that would be happy to share their experience with you. Please contact us for references.

Is there a fitness requirement for participants?

Our programs are only meant to be as physically demanding as the individual wants to make it. We have worked hard to find the balance between challenging and rewarding. Specific personal injuries may prohibit certain people from participating, but overall we have been able to accommodate a wide range of size and ability.

How will my team be able to prepare for the program day?

Once a program is locked in, we will work with you to make sure everyone is prepared for the day. We will send out a “what to wear” document, and make sure we have all dietary restrictions and needs as well. Special requests for food, drink, or accommodation are always encouraged.

What about inclement weather?

Most programs can be rearranged in order to accommodate bad weather, but overall it should be noted that outside of high winds and lightning, the program will progress as planned. For locations or times of the year where bad weather is likely, an alternative indoor program will be chosen, brought, and planned for. Should we need to go to the alternative program, we will be able to do so seamlessly.
