Jason Caldwell


Since 2008, Jason has taught leadership and team building programs at several of the top US Business Schools, including Wharton, Darden Business School, Kelley School of Business, Emory, and Columbia School of Business. He has also worked with over 50 private organizations in their leadership and training departments. Companies such as Nike,, Stanley Black & Decker, Vanguard, Deutsche Bank, Kimberly-Clark, Phillips 66, and Celgene have benefited from Jason’s leadership and high-performance training programs.

Today Jason owns and operates Latitude 35 Leadership and a second company, Latitude 35 Racing, where he puts together high-performance teams that enter trans-ocean rowing races. Through these two endeavors Jason pursues his passion of teaching individuals how to inspire others. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sonoma State University.

Jeff Fautt


Jeff Fautt has managed several successful businesses over the past 30-plus years, including serving as president of a Fortune 500 company for more than 12 years. Jeff started his career in the home building industry in 1981. He served as President of the second largest of 32 regions country wide and abroad. His region delivered in excess of 1,500 homes per year with revenues surpassing $700M in 2005.

Jeff credits part of his successful team-oriented management style to the many years of leadership training provided during his time as a senior executive. Jeff has a longstanding career in construction, real estate, sales and marketing, and finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from San Jose State University. 

Thomas Magarov

Global Operations Officer

Tom Magarov was born in Azerbaijan in the former Soviet Union in 1985. A competitive rower and swimmer, Tom competed through high school before leaving the country in 2002 and emigrating to the United States. After attending Baku State University, Tom attended University of West Chester and received a bachelor’s degree in international business, an education he has used to leverage himself into an immediate leadership role a leading retail company with stores throughout the U.S.

Tom is a seasoned rowing coach, having worked with physically disabled middle school youth in Azerbaijan and masters-level rowers at Boathouse Row in Philadelphia. 

Marije Roozendaal

European Operations Officer

Marije Roozendaal is an elite athlete and outdoor enthusiast who has spent the majority of her career being a part of and leading high performance teams.

Marije received a bachelor’s degree in general sciences from the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands, where she studied leadership, organizational design, and information management. She has worked for a number of different institutions: a World Wide Fund for Nature, Geodis, and Deloitte, among others. Today, in addition to managing the leadership and team building programs at Latitude 35 Leadership, Marije owns Beweging (Moving) Beyond Business, a company that teaches business professionals how to create
